In-store Reviews

Pierhouse provide a free in-store review service to all new and existing customers. We visit our customer’s stores and those of their competitors. Store managers and staff are happy to talk with us and we know what to look out for. We report back to our customers on any particularly good or bad things that we discover. Our customers can then fix problems and/or learn more about what their competition are up to.

We also offer a more extensive paid for consulting service to our customers. What we discover at store level is often quite a surprise to Head Office staff.
